Located close to Mother Teresa Square and its monumental buildings from the Italian Rationalism of the interwar period, the new structure responds to its context by creating a continuous window overlooking the square. The shape of the building establishes a subtle harmony with the neighboring Stadium and Palace of Congresses.

The cascading volume creates space for balconies and a shading system, while also evoking the image of a curtain gently descending down the steps.
