The former eclectic building, now abandoned, is being repurposed as a new public center for the Tirana neighborhood. Located in close proximity to the school and sports facilities, the community center is primarily dedicated to children.

The design proposal respects the original building and its existing shell. The new program is accommodated in small, colorful volumes placed within the existing structure.
